The Home Depot

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge shoutout to Bryan Gonzalez at Home Depot in Naples! Bryan went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was that Bryan even stayed past closing to help me. That kind of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. He easily could have called it a night, but instead he stayed and made sure I had everything I needed. Home Depot is very lucky to have someone like Bryan on their team. Employees like him are what make customers want to come back. Absolutely 5-star service!

I had an excellent experience thanks to YaYou. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right products. That level of customer service is rare these days. As a Naples real estate agent, I’m constantly working on homes for listings, inspections, and client projects, so having knowledgeable people willing to help makes a huge difference. Thank you, YaYou, for turning a simple Home Depot visit into a great experience!

Great outdoor section with a wide variety of palms, plants, bushes and tropical flowers. Easy in, easy out. The staff inside are very helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure shopping here. And i will add that Ryan in the Customer Service Dept was very helpful facilitating a credit on a product issue I experienced. He was very professional and promptly resolved the issue. Well done.

What an amazing change this store has made! The employee at the register in the garden area, super nice. We will definitely come back to this Home Depot. A very nice black man welcomed us as we went in. Bobby thanked us for coming in as we went out. Ryan is a huge help every time we come! So happy to see such wonderful changes to this store!!! Thank you for making us feel special. We’ll spend our money here any day!

While the location is nice, the layout is a bit unusual; it's actually quite difficult to identify it as a Home Depot from either of the main roads. That said, the store is well-stocked and there are plenty of staff members available to help. It offers the standard Home Depot experience, though it's clearly designed with a focus on contractors, which is a big plus.
